4. Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Open to all individuals and businesses, excluding employees of EcoBright Solution LLC and their immediate family members.

Referrals must be submitted using the official form on the referral program page. Incomplete submissions will not qualify.

Qualified Referrals

A referral becomes qualified when:
The referred client signs a contract with EcoBright Solution LLC.
The project is fully completed and paid in full.

If a referral does not result in a signed contract, no commission is earned.

Referrals for existing EcoBright Solution LLC clients do not qualify.

Commission & Payment Terms

Referral commissions range from 2-5% of the total contracted project value.

Payments are issued via check or direct deposit within 30 days of project completion.

Referral commissions are one-time payouts per project, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Submission Requirements

To qualify, all referral information must be submitted completely and accurately through the Sales Lead Portal.

Leads missing key details may be deemed invalid.

Tax & Legal Compliance

Referral commissions exceeding $600 per year may be subject to IRS reporting requirements.

Referral partners are responsible for reporting taxable income and may receive a 1099-NEC form, if applicable.

Program Changes & Termination

EcoBright Solution LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

Any changes will be posted on the Terms of Service page and referral program page.

5. Changes to These Terms
